CITRO is a Search And Rescue Organization in Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles at approx. 12N068W, legally anchored in a private foundation. Main activities of CITRO are the search for and rescue of human lives in distress at sea. All activities are performed by volunteers. Per annum approx. 80 lives at stake in a approx. 55 SAR cases are handled by CITRO.
